Universal Cleaning Pigs

Designed to clean the walls of pipelines from various deposits and used as batching pigs. The body can be made of solid polyurethane or with flanges and equipped with front and rear bumpers. Cleaning pigs pass through pipeline bore 85% of nominal diameter, 1.5D bends, equal-flow tees without screens etc. The pistons are designed to be as lightweight as possible to reduce wear of the polyurethane discs and easy handling and storage. It can be equipped with metal brushes and magnets to remove hard and metal debris.

Versatility: Universal Cleaning Pigs are designed to adapt to various pipeline sizes and configurations, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
Efficiency: These pigs are highly effective in removing debris, contaminants, and buildup from the pipeline walls, ensuring smooth fluid flow and preventing blockages.
Cost Savings: By maintaining optimal flow conditions and preventing blockages, these pigs contribute to improved pipeline efficiency, which can lead to reduced operational costs over time

Gauging Pigs

Gauging pigs designed to determine any pipeline restrictions during cleaning and inspection. Designed to pass: pipeline bore 65% of D out–≠, steeply 1.5D curved bends , straight tees with bottom outlet, plungers, wedge and gate valves. Gauge Plates is mounted on the pig with diameter 85% and 70% of OD to provide information which may interfere next tool run. Shortened pigs are designed to be launched and received through
three-way ball valves.

Telescopic Pigs

Telescopic pigs is for pipelines of different diameters having two sets of cleaning elements. Conventional smaller diameter cleaning discs and sloted discs assembled in pairs for cleaning larger diameter pipes. Pigs are designed to pass restrictions in the larger pipeline up to 65% and 1.5D bends In pipeline smaller diameter sections. Also, these pigs pass equal tees with a bottom outlet, plungers, wedge and gate
valves.

Solid Casted Poly Pigs

Series are designed for cleaning small-diameter pipelines. Made from high quality polyurethane, ensures high abrasion resistance. The hardness can be selected equal to 75, 80 or 85 units. Solid pigs are designed to pass bore up to 70% of D and 1.5D bends. The length of the cleaning elements is chosen so that they can be launched and received through three-way ball valves.

Whether its a normal bare, fully coated, criss-cross, equipped with brushes we can be able to supply according to the cleanig application. Tell us the application, we will select the right foamies for you.

Pipeline locator

A Pipeline Locator is a device used to locate and track the position of pipelines, particularly underground pipelines. It works by detecting electromagnetic signals emitted by a transmitter attached to the pipeline pig or inserted into the pipeline. The locator’s receiver helps operators follow the path of the pipeline and accurately pinpoint its location. Pipeline locators are essential for construction, maintenance, and repair activities, as they allow workers to know exactly where the pipeline is buried underground without needing to dig it up

Reduced Digging: By pinpointing the exact location of pipelines, locators minimize the need for unnecessary digging, reducing disruptions to the environment and infrastructure.
Enhanced Safety: Locators prevent accidental damage to pipelines, utilities, and surrounding infrastructure, minimizing risks to workers and the public.
Remote Monitoring: Some advanced locators offer remote monitoring capabilities, enabling real-time tracking and data sharing

Pipeline Accoustic Locator

Acoustic locator is designed to track the position of the inline tools using sound. Equipped with an extension microphone (geophone) installed on the ground above the pipeline or on open metal parts of the pipeline using a magnet, as well as a 7m cable (up to 50 m on request) and high-quality headphones. The device has three operatin frequency ranges and automatic brightness control of the signaling LEDs. The detection range is 1.5 – 2 km. Battery life 240 hours.

Subsea Locator

Locator is designed to track pigs or inspection tools in underwater pipelines. The robust body allows to be used at depths of up to 3000 m at external pressures up to 30 MPa. Battery life up to 3800 hours. Can be installed on a subsea pipeline for up to 5-6 months. Can be fitted with side floats for zero buoyancy and be used by a diver to find the place where a pig stuck occurs at depths of 5-50 m. For deeper places, a ROV attached
to it can be used.

Low Frequency Transmitter

A Low Frequency Transmitter is a special device used in pipelines to help track and locate tools called pigs. These pigs are sent into the pipeline to do jobs like cleaning or checking for problems. The transmitter sends out a signal that can be picked up by receivers placed along the pipeline. This helps people know exactly where the pig is inside the pipeline, even if the pipeline is underground or underwater. It’s like a signal that says, “Hey, I’m here!” This helps make sure the pig does its job properly and reaches the right place in the pipeline.

Accurate Location Tracking: Low-frequency transmitters provide precise tracking of pigs within pipelines, helping operators know their exact position, which is crucial for effective pipeline maintenance and inspection.
Effective in Challenging Environments: Low-frequency signals can penetrate soil, water, and other materials, making them useful for pipelines that are buried underground or underwater.
Optimized Workflow: The ability to precisely track pigs streamlines pipeline maintenance operations, allowing for better planning and resource allocation.
